How should I export/import the scanning profiles of PaperStream Capture?

Follow the procedures below.

Note:
The computer to import the profiles should have PaperStream Capture and PaperStream IP versions same as or later than the versions installed on the computer to export the profiles.

How to export the profiles

1. Start the tool following the procedures below.

   1. [Start] menu
   2. [PaperStream Capture]
   3. [Exporter]

   

    

2. Select the checkboxes for the profiles to export and click the [Run] button.
   

   

    

3. On the [Save as] window, name the file and select the save destination, and click [Save]
   

   

    

4. Copy the saved profile data (.cab or .dpav) to the computer where the profiles are to be imported
   
   

How to import the profiles

1. Start the tool following the procedures below.

   1. [Start] menu
   2. [PaperStream Capture]
   3. [Importer]

   

    

2. Click the [Browse] button, select the profile data (.cab or .dpav) to import, and click [Open].
   

   

   
   

   

    

3. Select [Replace all] or [Add] and click the [Run] button to execute the profile data importing process
