The inventory is notified when one of the following occurs:

- Computer connected to the scanner is logged in/off or shutdown
- Scanner cable is connected/disconnected
- Scanner power is switched on
- Update process is completed
- At 12:00am and 12:00pm
- Settings have changed or the counter is reset on Software Operation Panel
- Settings have changed on the Scanner Central Admin Agent setting window

- Scanner is logged-in or logged-out
- Scanner is started or resumed from standby mode
- Scanner is switched off or enters standby mode
