The update of PaperStream Capture for 2.1.0 is not shown by fi Series Online Update.

Problem
The Online Update does not show the update for PaperStream Capture 2.1.0.
(PaperStream Capture 1.5.1 is installed in this example.)

Installation fails under the following OS environment:

-	Windows® 7 Home Premium (32-bit/64-bit) or Windows Server® 2008 Standard (32-bit/64-bit)
-	Internet Information Server (IIS) is not installed or a certain function of IIS is disabled.

Workaround

Windows® 7 Home Premium (32-bit/64-bit)
1. Go to [Control Panel] > [Programs and Features] and select [Turn Windows features on or off] to show the [Windows Features] window.
2. Turn on the [Internet Information Services] checkbox.
3. Make sure all the following features are selected and press the [OK] button to install them.
  1. Web Management Tools
    - IIS Management Console
  2. World Wide Web Services -> Common Http Features
      - Static Content
      - Default Document
      - Directory Browsing
      - HTTP Errors
  3. World Wide Web Services -> Health and Diagnostics
    - HTTP Logging
    - Request Monitor
  4. World Wide Web Services -> Security
    - Request Filtering
  5. World Wide Web Services -> Performance features
    - Static Content Compression
Windows Server® 2008 Standard (32-bit/64-bit)
1. Run [Server Manager] and select [Roles] > [Add Roles].
2. Turn on the [Web Server (IIS)] checkbox and make sure all the following features are selected. Follow the installation wizard to start installation.
  1. World Wide Web Services -> Common HTTP Features
      - Static Content
      - Default Document
      - Directory Browsing
      - HTTP Errors
  2. World Wide Web Services -> Health and Diagnostics
    - HTTP Logging
    - Request Monitor
  3. World Wide Web Services -> Security
    - Request Filtering
  4. World Wide Web Services -> Performance features
    - Static Content Compression
