Please check by the following things.
- If the problem occurs, follow the instructions below to check the details and take corrective action.
Log in to NX Manager administrator window. (on the web)
Display Batch Log List window.
Check the details of the batch with an error.
- Is the service to release the document (such as FTP or SharePoint) working?
- Check the account to access the service, the password, and privileges.
- If "M5: A2" is shown on the operator panel, check the proxy setting.
