Unable to activate/deactivate PaperStream Capture Pro.

If you are unable to activate/deactivate PaperStream Capture Pro using Administrator Tool, please try following procedure.

1. 1. Please make sure your PC can connect to the Internet beforehand.
   2. Please try one of the steps below.

• • • Update PaperStream Capture Pro:
      Please update PaperStream Capture Pro to the latest version and then perform the activation.

    • Activate Offline:
      Please activate it offline through the following site:
      PaperStream Capture Activation Site | Global | Ricoh
      PaperStream Capture Deactivation Site | Global | Ricoh

Note:
If you are using versions below 3.6 of PaperStream Capture Pro, online activation and deactivation are no longer possible due to a change in the license server.
