Yes, you can save scanned data to a NAS by using a bundled scanning application or the DirectScan (*) feature.

To use this feature, use a scanner model that supports DirectScan, such as the fi-8040. For details, see the scanner's Operator's Guide.
Using PaperStream ClickScan
In the "Destination folder" field, specify the name of the network folder on the NAS.
Using PaperStream Capture
In the Destination tab, select "Network Folder", and then configure the authentication information for the file server in "Options".
Also, specify the name of the network folder on the NAS in the "Folder" field.

Attention
- We do not guarantee that this will work with all NAS products. Depending on the NAS product and its operational settings, it may not function properly; therefore, if you are considering exporting files to a NAS product, please test it on your specific NAS product beforehand.
- You need to allow create folder/add data permissions for the account used to access the NAS and for the network folder.
For NAS-specific settings or restrictions, such as access rights or firmware specifications, contact the NAS manufacturer.
