There is no PaperStream IP for 64-bit WINDOWS but for 64-bit APPLICATION.
PaperStream IP drivers are application specific and do not relate to the installed Windows operating system.
If your application is 32-bit, use PaperStream IP (TWAIN).
If your application is 64-bit, use PaperStream IP (TWAIN x64).
Example: PaperStream Capture and PaperStream Capture Pro are 32-bit applications.
