Preview Window
- In PaperStream Capture, a confirmation window appears each time I save a file.
- A preview image using [Assisted Scan] is different from the scanned image, or a part of scanned image is not displayed in the preview.
- An image displayed in [Preview] is different from the scanned document, or a part of the document is not displayed.
- It takes time to display the scanned image in [Preview] window.
- A memory shortage occurs in [Preview] window.
Scanning
- I cannot scan with the "Anomaly in Background change operation" error.
- Scanned images are not automatically rotated to the correct orientation.
- Long and narrow documents are fed skewed and images are tilted.
- Lines or dots appear in the image.
- In spite of selecting "Continuous Scan" using flatbed for scanning, the application only output the image data for one page. What should I do?
- A blank page is output as a second page when I specify "Double-page Spread" for [Carrier Sheet] or [Front/Back Merging].
Installation
- Are there any notes when upgrading a PC for scanning from Windows 10 to Windows 11?
- PaperStream Capture Pro cannot be activated with "Cannot activate because corruption detected".
- Unable to activate/deactivate PaperStream Capture Pro (Ver 4.x or lower).
- An installation error occurs with PSC2100UPD.exe (an updater)

Connection

Image Quality
- The color of scanned images appears faded. Can I adjust the color density?
- Black borders appears around the image. Or, a part of the image appears missing.
- Dot noise may appear in scanned images when I configure Scan settings to Black and White. What should I do?
- An odd image is output when scanning with "Scanners and Cameras Wizard". How can I fix it?
- An odd image is output when specifying to output color image in TIFF format. How can I fix it?

Maintenance

Error Messages
- I cannot scan with the "Anomaly in Background change operation" error.
- The M6:E3 error occurs when scanning with DirectScan.
- The "Check" LED lights when powering up the scanner.
- An error "The scanner cannot be used." or "No scanner is found." occurs when I try to use the scanner connected to the network.
- An error occurs when I save a file in a particular folder.
- "Not enough memory" appears while scanning documents.
Others
- I can no longer save scans to SharePoint Online. What should I do?
