Which part of the scanner needs cleaning and how do I clean it?

The following area needs cleaning:

• Scanner surface and document supporting unit
  (document cover, document bed, document holding pad)
• ADF unit

For the cleaning method, refer to the Operator's Guide supplied with your scanner.
