I cannot install PaperStream IP. What should I do?

Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  • Log in as a user with Administrator privileges to install PaperStream IP.
  • Stop any anti-virus or security software before installing.
  • If you cannot install PaperStream IP from the included setup disk, please download and install the latest version from the fi series or SP series .
