Even though PaperStream IP (ISIS) and FUJITSU ISIS™ driver are installed, either FUJITSU ISIS driver or PaperStream IP (ISIS) cannot be selected.

Disable "Show only connected scanners" when selecting the scanner. You can only select the scanner driver that you installed afterwards if "Show only connected scanners" is enabled.
