How should I export/import the scanning profiles of PaperStream IP?

Follow the procedures below.

Note:
The computer to import the profiles should have a PaperStream IP version same as or later than the version installed on the computer to export the profiles.

How to export the profiles

1. 1. Start the tool following the procedures below.

      1. [Start] menu
      2. [fi Series]
      3. [Scanning Profile Exporter (TWAIN)] or [Scanning Profile Exporter (ISIS)]

      

       

2. Click the [Browse] button, specify the save destination folder and the file name, and click [Save].
   

   

   

    

3. Click the [Export] button to execute the profile data exporting process.
   

   

    

4. Copy the profile data (.pav) saved in the save destination folder in step 2, to the computer where the profile data is to be imported.
   
   

How to import the profiles

      3. [Scanning Profile Importer (TWAIN)] or [Scanning Profile Importer (ISIS)]

      

       

2. Click the [Browse] button, select the profile data (.pav) to import, and click [Open].
   

   

   

3. Click the [Import] button to execute the profile data importing process.
