This error occurs when a proxy server is installed in the environment.
Follow the procedure below to open the [Proxy Settings] window and add the address of the Scanner Central Admin Server to the [Exceptions] list.
- Click the [Start] menu on Windows.
- Open [Control Panel] by searching for "Control Panel" in the search field.
- Click [Internet Options] in [Control Panel].
In the category view, click [Network and Internet] to find [Internet Options]. - Open the [Connections] tab and click the [LAN settings] button.
- Check the [Use a proxy server for your LAN] checkbox and click the [Advanced] button.
Please contact your network administrator for the proxy server address and port. - Add the address of the Scanner Central Admin Server to [Exceptions] and click the [OK] button.
