"Could not obtain a list of domain or workgroup names. Wait for a while, and try again." appears when I try to open a list of network folders/network printers. What should I do?

This message appears when a master browser has no response. Please try again later (you need to wait for 20 minutes at maximum).

If Supplemental code shows "6118" or "0", the error may be caused as the result of abnormal state of the master browser. Please contact your network administrator and restart the browser. If the browser cannot restart, specify its path directly.
Usually, the domain controller is selected as a master browser. However, it can change according to OS type or order of application launch when there is no domain controller on the network. You can check the master browser with nbtstat command.
