If "Installation failed. Error code: 3102" is displayed, please take the following actions.

Copy the following file to any location if you had not made a backup file of the NX Manager database before upgrade.
%temp%\NxManager\NxManagerDatabaseBackup\backup.zip -
Reboot Windows server.

Execute the NX Manager installer again and install NX Manager.

Restore the database using the NX Manager Database backup.
