The Online Update shows two or more different versions of a software update. (SP Series)

Please perform either of the following ways to solve the problem:

• Update SP Series Online Update to the latest.
• Select the latest version of the software which supports your OS, and install it. The supported OS of the version can be checked by clicking [Browse] in the [Details] column.
