There are two ways to configure:
Using PaperStream ClickScan
- Visit the page below to download and install PaperStream ClickScan.

Note: If your scanner does not support PaperStream ClickScan, please use PaperStream Capture.
- Connect the scanner and the computer via USB or LAN.

Start PaperStream ClickScan.
- Load the documents on the scanner.
- Press the [Scan] button on the scanner to start scanning.
Using PaperStream Capture
- Visit the page below to download and install PaperStream Capture.

Note: If PaperStream Capture is not available for download with your scanner's serial number, please use PaperStream ClickScan.
- Configure the settings by referring to either article below.

- Start PaperStream Capture.
- Load the documents on the scanner.
- Press the [Scan] button on the scanner to start scanning.
Note:
If the scanner does not start scanning, please configure the settings as follows.

- [Start] menu > [All apps] > [PaperStream Capture] > [Administrator Tool] and select the [Usability] tab.
- Make sure a job of your choice is set to [Scan] in [Event], and close Administrator Tool.
- Start PaperStream Capture and press the [Configure Jobs] button.
- Edit the job you selected for [Scan] in [Event], and go to the [Scan] tab.
- Make sure the scanner is selected for [Scanner].
