Can I scan documents of different sizes in the same batch using the Auto Document Feeder (ADF)?

Scanning documents with different widths is not recommended, as it may cause a skew error.

For your information:
The scanners, which support ADF can scan a batch of documents that contains different paper sizes and output the scanned images in each individual document size. Also, when the documents are skewed and fed through the ADF, the scanned images are automatically straightened. 

Note:

• The application software, which supports the "ICAP_UNDEFINEDIMAGESIZE" function, is also required.
• The scanner may not work properly with some application software.
• The scanning speed may be affected by this operation.
