If any of the following settings are enabled on PaperStream Capture, the [Divide Long Page] setting will be disabled. To use this function, change the settings and try again.

・Print sheet count - If any of the following metadata fields are selected for [Field Attributes] in [4.Meta Data] on the Configure Profile window

・ID card (TD2) - If any of the following items are specified for [Detect Doc Separator] in [5.Separation] on the Configure Profile window
・Blank Page
・Patch Code - If any of the following items are selected for [Notification setting for recommended operations] in [General] for Administrator Tool
・Notify
・Notify to selected users
