When [Hole Punch Removal] is enabled, a scanned image may appear as shown below on rare occasions.
Try the following solution and check whether the problem has been solved.

- Display the [PaperStream IP Driver Settings] window.
(For details about how to display the settings window from PaperStream Capture, refer to here. )
- In the driver settings window (Advanced dialog), select the [Page] tab > [Hole Punch Removal]
and configure one of the following settings.
・If you do not need [Hole Punch Removal], select [Off] for the [Hole Punch Removal] function.
・If you need [Hole Punch Removal], set [Advanced] for the [Mode] setting.
The problem may be reduced by configuring this setting.
- After saving the driver profile, click the [OK] button to close the window.
Perform a scan using the saved driver profile to make sure that the problem has been solved
or reduced.
