Perform one of the following and check whether the problem can be solved.
- For documents longer than 355.6 mm, load 1 sheet at a time in the ADF paper chute (feeder) and scan.
- Smooth out the creases or wrinkles of the documents before scanning.
- Adjust the side guides of the ADF paper chute (feeder) in accordance with the width of the documents before scanning.
- Align the width of the documents to be loaded in the ADF paper chute (feeder) and scan.
- With fi-800R, use Return Scan to scan long and narrow documents such as receipts.
