PaperStream Capture or PaperStream ClickScan does not support direct integration with Outlook (new) at this moment, and scanned images will not be automatically attached to an email.
To send scanned images via email, please use one of the following methods:
- Use Outlook (Classic)
Select Outlook (Classic) for [Default apps] for sending email on Windows and specify Email for the destination in PaperStream Capture or PaperStream ClickScan. - Save the scanned image to a local folder and manually attach it to an email
Save the scanned image to any folder in your computer and manually attach it to an email. - Use PaperStream Connector Option
By installing PaperStream Connector Option, you can enable the [Send E-mail] feature. This allows scanned images to be sent via email without using an e-mail application.
