Try the following.
- In [IIS Manager] on the server where NX Manager is installed, check that the application pool and the NX Manager site (Nm****) are not stopped.
- In Windows Services, check that "SQL Server (NXMANAGER)" is not stopped. If stopped, start it.
- Check that your firewall is not blocking the following communications (ports). If any of them are blocked, change the firewall settings to allow communication through the specified port numbers.

The displayed port numbers are the default values. If you changed the port numbers during NX Manager installation or in IIS, use the configured port numbers.
- Check whether an error message is displayed on the scanner's operator panel.
