I cannot enter some letters to the imprinter of the driver window or character string of digital endorser. How can I fix it?

You may not be able to enter the letters that are assigned to the keyboard shortcut keys to the imprinter of the driver window or character string of the digital endorser. In such case, copy the letters you would like to enter on the text editor and paste them. Refer to the Help file for the models that supports an imprinter.
