Due to a change in the authentication method used by Microsoft SharePoint Online, SharePoint Online integration may no longer work with certain versions of our scanner software/products.

If you are using PaperStream Capture / Capture Pro / Capture Pro Premium (*)
Please update to version 6.0.0 or later.
Tip:
After updating, if SharePoint Online output fails for jobs that were created with an older version, open the "Configure Jobs" window and reconfigure the SharePoint Online option settings.

If you are using PaperStream ClickScan
Please update to version 1.6.1 or later.
Tip:
After updating, if you cannot save to an existing SharePoint Online destination that was created with an older version, create a new SharePoint Online destination from the "Managing destinations" window.

If you are using N7100E
Support for the new authentication method is scheduled for early June.
Temporary workaround:
Until support is available, SharePoint Online functions cannot be used. Please temporarily change the output destination to a shared folder or another supported destination.

If you are using PaperStream NX Manager
Please update to version 2.8.0 or later.
